Students should strictly follow the Library rules & regulations otherwise penalties will charged for the same.

Books will not be issued without College ID Card.

Talking loudly is strictly prohibited in the Library. Keep Silence.

Students/Readers must put their details and the purpose of visit in the visitors register.

Readers should handle the book carefully.

They should not mark, underline, write, or tear pages or otherwise damage the library documents.

One should not change the sequence / order of books in the shelves.

No Library material can be taken out of the Library without permission of the Librarian.

Two books are issued for 1 week and they must be returned on or before the last day of return.

Late fee of Rs 2/- per day would be charged from all the borrowers who retain book(s) beyond the due date. Librarian may exempt the late fee depending upon the circumstances of delay.

Any document issued may be recalled by the Library before the due date of return without assigning any reason and the borrower has to abide by the decision.

Reference books, journals / periodicals, magazines/newspapers, CD-ROM and other documents declared as a “For Reference only” will not be issued.

In case of loss of book(s), the borrower will be liable to pay the present cost of the book(s) and additional 50 percent of the present cost of book(s) as processing charge and late fine.

Put your mobile on silent mode in the library premises.

Library materials may not be removed from the library unless the library staff has properly issued them out.
